About the Role
Location: Burlington, Vermont
- Psychiatrist
- Provides outpatient mental health services and appropriate follow‑up.
- Provides consultation and case discussions to primary care providers to support psychiatric care within the primary care setting.
- Provides clinical supervision for nursing staff as assigned for triage, medication refills, referrals and nursing services visits.
- Provides appropriate teaching to trainees such as medical students, resident physicians, nurse practitioner students, and nursing students.
- Coordination, documentation, and continuity of care for risk management.
- Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Board Eligible / Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Ability to hold a Vermont state medical license.
