Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services with the option to perform nursing home rounding
- Comfortably care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on mental health and behavioral management
- Supervise NP staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care
- Experience or interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and more
Compensation
- Competitive Salary: $300,000 - $340,000 base salary, dependent on experience and location
- $35,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements
- Comfortable working with all age groups in outpatient and/or nursing home settings
- Board-certified in Psychiatry or related field
- J-1 visa sponsorship available
- Interest or experience in TMS preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
