In this role, you’ll work alongside nurses and clinicians to provide direct care, observation, and emotional support to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring behavior and vital signs, documenting observations, and helping maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. You’ll contribute to treatment plans, use de-escalation techniques, and uphold high standards of safety, confidentiality, and teamwork while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
