Lakeview Hospital seeks a compassionate Psychiatric RN to provide direct inpatient psychiatric nursing care for adolescents, adults, and seniors. In this role, you will complete assessments, administer medications, monitor symptoms, and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and other team members. The RN promotes safety, de-escalation, and therapeutic communication, leads patient education and groups, and documents care accurately.
