Segal Trials is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Research Site Manager to lead operations across our West Broward research sites. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with hands-on study management while helping shape the future of innovative psychiatric research programs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead daily site operations and develop high-performing teams
- Drive participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention
- Ensure GCP, FDA, and protocol compliance
- Partner with sponsors, CROs, and cross-functional teams
- Manage study timelines, KPIs, and operational performance
- Improve workflows and scale site operations for future growth
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of clinical research experience
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations
