Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – 1099
Elevated Horizons Therapeutics is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient mental health practice in West Chester, Ohio.
This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling. We are specifically seeking a provider with availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, evenings, and/or weekends .
Responsibilities may include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up visits, coordination of care, and ketamine and Spravato administration for appropriate patients.

Requirements:
- Active Ohio APRN license
- PMHNP certification
- Prescriptive authority in Ohio
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- DNP preferred
