To support a growing telehealth practice, an Oregon Licensed Telehealth PMHNP will conduct patient intakes and follow-up consultations, prescribe medications, and monitor outcomes remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate eligibility for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and monitor treatment outcomes Collaborate with psychotherapists and care coordinators to streamline workflows and suggest treatment plan adjustments based on patient responses Provide feedback on the care management system to enhance service delivery and report directly to the Lead Clinician Required qualifications Oregon state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric experience post-licensure DEA registration and comfort in prescribing controlled substances Experience with anxiety and depression treatment Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and a patient-first mindset
