Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits via secure video platforms.
- Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health support as clinically appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within 24 hours.
- Stay current on best practices in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and evidence‑based mental health treatment.

Requirements (Qualifications)
- Active ARNP licensure (PMHNP required) and current DEA certification
- California state licensure required (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Experience providing psychiatric care via telehealth preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic capability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection
- Organized, self‑directed, and timely with documentation
