Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $200,000 - $250,000 (productivity‑based model)

Location & Schedule
- Culver City, CA (and surrounding locations to ease commuting)
- Monday – Friday with optional weekends
- Hybrid model: 2 days a week in the office, 3 days remote
- Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance
Qualifications
- Licensed in California and active CA license
- PMHNP certification
- At least 1 year of independent psychiatric NP experience
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
- Experience in medication management and therapy
Responsibilities
Provide independent psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy, as desired. Create and manage your own caseload and determine patient volume. Deliver care in both office and telehealth settings.
