We are currently seeking aPsychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)to join our supportive, patient-centeredPsychiatry Team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellentwork-life balance.

What Youl Do

As an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will:

• Conductcomprehensive psychiatric evaluations

• Diagnose and treata wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plansin coordination with an interdisciplinary team

• Maketreatment recommendationsfor psychotherapeutic interventions and medications

• Collaborate with facility staff onbehavioral strategiesand care planning

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals

What Were Looking For

• Active and validCRNP license in Pennsylvania(required)

• Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills

• A commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrity
