We are an expanding behavioral health practice group seeking a full‑time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in California. Providers have flexibility to determine caseload, therapy frequency, and patient volume.
Compensation and Benefits
- $200,000 to $250,000 base salary plus productivity‑based model
- Sign‑on bonus

Work Schedule
- Culver City, CA (locations throughout the area for convenient commuting)
- Monday – Friday with weekends optional
- Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules
- Hybrid model: office 2 days a week, home 3 days a week
Qualifications
- Licensed in California
- Active California license
- PMHNP certified
- At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience
- 103 status bonus (if applicable)
- Experience with adults and/or children and adolescent populations
- Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy
