Compensation Note:
This position utilizes a high-reward W-2 Revenue Share Model (45% split) with a guaranteed minimum monthly draw of $8,500 for the first six months to ensure financial stability during onboarding and credentialing transition. Earning potential is uncapped. Detailed compensation and reconciliation terms will be provided during the interview process.

Our multi-disciplinary practice includes psychologists and master's-level mental health providers, backed by an established administrative infrastructure. We are expanding our clinical services to include a dedicated psychiatric prescriber.

Credentialing & A Risk-Free Transition:
We initiate your insurance credentialing upon contract signing, coordinating your official physical start date with credentialing activation. This allows you to remain securely employed and paid at your current position while your credentials clear, completely eliminating any transition gaps.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current, unrestricted license as an APRN-NP in the State of Nebraska.
- Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active DEA registration with appropriate prescriptive authority.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of post-graduate experience (completion of Nebraska's 2,000-hour transition-to-practice period).
