Requirements
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow‑up visits
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Collaborate with facility staff and family members
- Provide compassionate, trauma‑informed care
- Document care in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Certified PMHNP
- Active DEA
- Active, unrestricted state license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with geriatric or long‑term care populations preferred (not required)
- Prior experience as a Psychiatric RN or Psychiatric NP in a nursing home or similar setting is a plus

- Compensation for Orientation & Training - Up to 40 hours
