Job Summary

We have an opening for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health and in collaboration with the supervising psychiatrist, the PMHNP/PA will provide continuing and comprehensive health care for individuals and families of all ages and genders. Care may be delivered at any location or virtually via tele‑health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical service to patients.
• Provide clinical supervision to interns and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Conduct administrative activities and help develop programming as needed.
• Work with a racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse staff; cultural competence is required.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing with certification as a PMHNP or graduate of a certified Physician Assistant program.
• Two or more years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (preferred).
• Current licensure to practice psychiatric nursing in Massachusetts.
• Experience in community health care.
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites.
