Psychiatric NP needed for a secure adolescent residential treatment program providing step-down care from acute settings. Collaborative, team-based role focused on stabilization and ongoing psychiatric management.
Adolescents (13-18), census 10-20, avg. 5-6 patients/day, stays 1 month-1 year.
- Psychiatric evals & medication management
- Work with multidisciplinary team on care planning
- Restraint sign-offs as needed
- Occasional remote on-call (every other week or less)
