Job Summary

Lemonade Mental Health is a growing, culturally responsive group practice dedicated to supporting young adults and international students. We provide psychotherapy, medication management, and group therapy in a warm, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including assessment of psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Diagnose mental health conditions in accordance with DSM-5 criteria
  • Provide medication management, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychiatric medications
  • Offer psychotherapy (as appropriate based on clinician’s scope and interest)
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests when appropriate to support safe medication management
  • Coordinate care and refer clients to other providers or higher levels of care when needed
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (e.g., psychiatric evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans)
  • Collaborate with therapists, consulting psychiatrists, and other team members to ensure integrated care
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards in the state of Massachusetts
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment for a diverse client population (including international and Mandarin-speaking clients)

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Massachusetts
  • Active and unrestricted DEA registration in Massachusetts
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to complete notes promptly
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; supervision and support will be provided

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other Asian languages
  • Experience working with international students or multicultural populations
  • Interest in integrating culturally sensitive approaches into therapy
  • Experience with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, or adjustment-related concerns
  • Prior experience in group practice or telehealth settings
