Job Summary
Lemonade Mental Health is a growing, culturally responsive group practice dedicated to supporting young adults and international students. We provide psychotherapy, medication management, and group therapy in a warm, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including assessment of psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Diagnose mental health conditions in accordance with DSM-5 criteria
- Provide medication management, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychiatric medications
- Offer psychotherapy (as appropriate based on clinician’s scope and interest)
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory tests when appropriate to support safe medication management
- Coordinate care and refer clients to other providers or higher levels of care when needed
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (e.g., psychiatric evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans)
- Collaborate with therapists, consulting psychiatrists, and other team members to ensure integrated care
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision as needed
- Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards in the state of Massachusetts
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment for a diverse client population (including international and Mandarin-speaking clients)
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Massachusetts
- Active and unrestricted DEA registration in Massachusetts
- Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to complete notes promptly
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates are welcome to apply; supervision and support will be provided
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other Asian languages
- Experience working with international students or multicultural populations
- Interest in integrating culturally sensitive approaches into therapy
- Experience with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, or adjustment-related concerns
- Prior experience in group practice or telehealth settings
