We're also open to experienced Physician Assistants with 1+ years of outpatient psychiatry experience .
About the Job
Pacific Mind Health is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHMP) or Physician Assistant (PA) as we expand our outpatient practice throughout Southern California.
You'll care for adolescents (12+) and adults in a modern outpatient practice focused on compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population through patient evaluations
- Determine a differential diagnosis and plan for intervention that adheres to an ethical medication management practice.
- Provide excellent top quality patient focused care in an empathetic and supportive treatment environment
- Document care provided, meeting standards for chart reviews.
- Utilize proper counseling techniques, interpersonal communication, interview techniques, conflict resolutions.
- Compensation Range: $80 to $90 p/hr
- Matching 401(k) plan up to 4% match

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California medical license
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry (1–3+ years preferred)
- Familiarity or experience with interventional psychiatry (TMS, ketamine, Spravato) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Google Suite platform is a plus
