Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
Location: Sayre, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends or on-call
We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive, patient-centered behavioral health team serving Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities across Pennsylvania. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team
- Recommend psychotherapeutic interventions and medications as appropriate
- Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff

- Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings
- Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and communication skills
