Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
• Provide medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority.
• Must have or be able to obtain a DEA number.
• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• Prefer experience focused on children and adolescents.
• Bi‑lingual is a plus; Spanish speaking desirable.
