Qualifications

• Licensed in Kentucky as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active DEA registration required.
• Experience managing adults, children, and adolescents across the lifespan.
• Proficient in medication management and psychotherapy.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.
