Role Overview

• Full-time (3.5 days/week) within Monday – Friday
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• No nights or weekends
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Lynchburg and Appomattox, Virginia

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $80,000 – $110,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a PMHNP-C
• Active DEA or willingness to obtain
• All experience levels as a PMHNP welcome to apply
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
