Role Overview

• Full-time within Monday – Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medicationsEvaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Candler, Waynesville, and Sylva,NC

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $120,000 – $160,000 annuallywith no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
• Active DEA or willingness to obtain
• All experience levels as a PMHNP or Psych PA welcome to apply
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
