Responsibilities:
Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry - Receive full training.
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and client Standards, Rules and Directives.
Requirements:
Must possess valid LVN license.
Must comply with client immunization requirements.
Must submit to client required drug test.
Must submit to client required fingerprinting.
Must complete facility required training.
