Manufacturing Associates – Hiring ASAPWe are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for a busy machine shop facility in Winston-Salem, NC. Multiple openings available for Grinders, Sanders, and Welders. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company offering long-term potential.Position OverviewManufacturing Associates will assist with general production tasks, including grinding, sanding, and welding metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work with their hands.Open Positions & PayGrinders & Sanders: Starting at $14/hourEntry-level candidates welcome (manufacturing experience preferred)Welders: Starting at $20/hour (DOE)Must have valid welding certification and pass required weld testsKey ResponsibilitiesOperate hand tools, grinders, and sanders to smooth and finish metal partsPerform basic production and general labor duties as assignedRead and use a tape measure accuratelyMaintain safe and clean work areasFollow work instructions, blueprints, or specifications as neededSupport production team in meeting daily output goalsFor welders: perform quality welds based on company and industry standardsQualificationsAbility to read a tape measure (required for all positions)Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred (not required for entry-level roles)Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftReliable attendance and strong work ethicWelders must have:Valid welding certification (required)Ability to pass pre-employment weld testsExperience with MIG, TIG, or other welding processes preferredSchedule1st Shift OnlyMonday – Friday (overtime may be available)
