Pruning Crew Member
Reports to: Pruning Supervisor
Supervises: N/A
Responsibilities
- Loads, unloads plant materials
- Drives company vehicles to and from jobs.
- Hand prunes and maintains landscape plantings. Removes clippings.
- Completes end of day paperwork
- Performs other duties as required
Education/ Experience
Previous landscaping experience a plus but not required
Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities
- Basic plant knowledge (will train)
- A valid state driver license with good driving record
- Ability to lift and carry objects 40-80 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitious manual labor
- Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more a day
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Quality customer service
- Ability to work with little to no supervision following training
