Managing the full lifecycle of network service implementations, the full-time remote Provisioning Analyst will ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and completion of Cross Connect, Voice, and Data services while coordinating with carriers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Place and manage orders for network services with global carriers and vendors Track and validate carrier progress for installations and changes, ensuring data integrity Perform quality checks on order details and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in ordering or implementing voice services Experience in a telecommunications, network provisioning, or service delivery environment Basic understanding of cabling and fiber infrastructure Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, particularly with spreadsheets Familiarity with provisioning workflows used by global carriers
