Behavioral Analyst PositionAdministers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessment measures and develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs. Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data. Is a role-model for a highly engaging and functioning behavioral team.Essential duties include:Ensuring appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented.Completing all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.Fulfilling clinically recommended service hours requested on client treatment plans.Developing/writing comprehensive reports documenting behavioral recommendations.Maintaining availability to respond to the needs of the persons we serve.Responding to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner.Meeting regularly with assigned BCBA and Director of Behavioral Services.Training and development duties include:Teaching management staff and DSPs on the proper implementation of reinforcement, initiative-taking and preventative behavior programs.Conducting regular caregiver and/or guardian training and consultation.Leadership duties include:Aligning the passion and talents of others to serve the people we support.Receiving and applying constructive feedback and communicating when additional support is needed.Professional development duties include:Participating in professional meetings or conferences.Maintaining any required training to include any necessary crisis management procedures.Knowledge, skill, and abilities for success in the role include:Strong knowledge and deep understanding of the science of behavior analysis and behavior analytic therapies.Ability to work effectively and influence the work of project resources with multi-disciplinary teams.Ability to develop and deliver training to leadership and project team members.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, as well as in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and industry standard productivity applications and project management software.Effective communication (written/oral), presentation skills, and professional presence.A willingness to learn and grow in a flexible environment.Our values – the "way" we work:Mission FirstExcellence AlwaysTeam TogetherMinimum job qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.Enrolled in or completed a MA/MS program in Human Services or related field.Supervised hours and approval from an existing BCBA.Ability to submit samples of clinical work to the state for approval.1 years' knowledge of functional behavior assessment design, behavior support plans design, program/goal development, behavior reduction and skills acquisition procedures and staff training.2 years' experience supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities.Current Provisional Licensure or able to obtain and maintain Provisional Licensure as a BCBA in the state of Missouri.Physical demands:Ability to sit and or stand for prolonged periods of time.Ability to use the keyboard and computer for a minimum of seven hours per day.Ability to work irregular hours as needed.Local and overnight travel, up to 25% of time.BLC123
