Provider Training And Development SpecialistThe Provider Training and Development Specialist is responsible for the coordination, execution, and evaluation of provider trainings and training materials.Essential FunctionsAssist in the design, development, and facilitation of trainings for CBH providers.Conduct needs assessments to identify training deficits.Deliver pre-and post-training evaluation to participants as needed.Utilize creative and adaptive teaching techniques to accommodate adult learning needs, such as e-learning, web-based virtual trainings, and workshopsPrepare clear, well-written training materials for the appropriate audience.Position RequirementsEducation: Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Public Health, or related fieldLicense/Certification: N/ARelevant Work Experience: Minimum of three years' (five years preferred) experience in a behavioral health setting; two years of professional experience in training and adult educationSkillsProven experience in facilitating and developing content for training programsDemonstrated critical thinking skills and attention to detailProject management skills; ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where independence and adaptability are requiredHigh professional standards for customer serviceExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate willingness and ability to work with a diverse workforceAbility to work non-traditional hours, as neededExcellent public speaking, group facilitation, and writing skillsProficiency in use of web-based meeting and webinar platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft TeamsAbility to partner with subject matter experts on training needs and platforms for training deliveryProficient in the Microsoft suite of products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)Philadelphia Residency RequirementThe successful candidate must be a current Philadelphia resident or become a resident within six months of hire.U.S. Authorization RequirementCBH does not provide sponsorship for applicants requiring future work authorization.
