To support strategic provider engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Provider Relationship Analyst will develop partnerships with healthcare providers, ensure compliance with agreements, and enhance provider satisfaction while driving network performance. Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategic provider engagement plans and new payment models for managed care programs Manage provider relationships, addressing inquiries, compliance issues, and facilitating educational workshops Analyze operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance provider satisfaction and reduce costs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Proven experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care environments Strong provider-facing or customer service experience Ability to effectively communicate complex topics and deliver difficult messages professionally
