To support a seamless onboarding journey for new providers, the full-time Provider Operations Specialist will manage the onboarding experience, coordinate credentialing and payer enrollment activities, and serve as a trusted resource for providers, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the provider onboarding experience, guiding new physicians and advanced practice providers through the process Coordinate credentialing and payer enrollment activities, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time Monitor compliance requirements, including licenses and certifications, while maintaining accurate records and reports Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare operations, or provider services Knowledge of provider credentialing, enrollment, or onboarding processes is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
