Provider Operations Associate

To support a growing telehealth organization, the remote Provider Operations Associate will assist healthcare providers with onboarding, manage provider schedules, and ensure high-quality patient care through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing questions and resolving platform-related issues Provide training and ongoing support to providers on the platform's functionalities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries and participate in quality improvement initiatives Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in provider relations or support roles within a healthcare or telehealth setting Proficiency in G-Suite and knowledge of telehealth Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Ability to interpret data for capacity planning Experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
