Supervising the operations of the network accounts department, the full-time Provider Network Supervisor will manage day-to-day workflows, assist with provider contracting activities, and respond to escalated provider issues in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the network accounts function in compliance with relevant policies and guidelines Assist in provider contracting activities to minimize implementation issues and ensure compliance Plan and conduct meetings with network account representatives for training and orientation on health plan policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in network account management, provider contracting, or billing in a managed care environment Supervisory or lead experience preferred Knowledge of managed care and state Medicaid program guidelines
