To support provider-specific contract negotiations, the full-time remote Provider Network Contracting Analyst will manage contract terms, analyze financial data, and coordinate with internal teams to transition to value-based care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Lead negotiations for institutional, ancillary, and professional contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards Analyze data to evaluate financial implications of provider contracts and develop competitive reimbursement strategies Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to enhance network adequacy and accessibility Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, Finance, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 2 years of experience in healthcare, business, or a related field, with at least 1 year in contracting or provider relations Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and contract negotiation processes Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Office 365 applications Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
