About Position

CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time or Part Time Providers (MD, DO).

Qualifications

• Must have appropriate state licensure
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills; knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients of all ages and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
