Provider Enrollment Team Lead

Assisting the provider enrollment manager, the full-time Team Lead, Provider Enrollment will oversee and train offshore team members to ensure timely and accurate credentialing of healthcare providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist in resolving issues related to the provider education process and ensure timely completion of enrollment applications Monitor provider enrollment work queues and provide feedback on productivity and quality assurance for offshore team members Organize and conduct training sessions for the provider enrollment team, documenting processes for future reference Required qualifications High School graduate or equivalent required 4 years of provider enrollment experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CAQH Billing knowledge and experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
