Provider Enrollment Lead

To support the daily operations of a provider enrollment team, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Lead will monitor enrollment activities, assist with enrollment and revalidation processes, train team members, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Monitor daily provider enrollment operations and service levels to meet established requirements Train and mentor provider enrollment staff while providing guidance on processes and procedures Review reports and transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with policies and service-level standards Required qualifications High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of provider enrollment experience Hands-on experience with provider enrollment processes, including maintenance and revalidation Experience in reviewing provider enrollment transactions and resolving related issues Background in training or mentoring team members, with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with business or provider enrollment systems
