Processing provider enrollment cases remotely, the full-time Provider Enrollment Agent will manage requests for enrollment and updates, communicate with providers, and collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery. Key responsibilities Process cases submitted by providers for enrollment into the program Review and process requests from providers to update their information Deliver exceptional customer service to providers and clients while collaborating with team members Required qualifications Customer service experience preferred Background in credentialing considered a plus Experience working with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable Demonstrated kindness, empathy, and teamwork skills
