Provider Data Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Maintain and update provider data in systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify data from external sources, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Monitor data quality, generate reports, and support audits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; 3+ years in provider data management or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management software; experience with NPPES and knowledge of NCQA/CMS a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Collaboration and Compliance:

• Collaborate with claims, customer service, and network management teams to resolve issues.
• Provide training and support on provider data systems.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
