Provider Data Management Specialist

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Provider Data Management Specialist will manage provider data accuracy, conduct audits, and support network development efforts for Dignity Health's CI/ACO Networks and VBO. Key responsibilities Maintain accurate provider information by conducting audits and processing demographic change requests through Salesforce Run regular reports to ensure data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies with other Dignity Health systems Publish provider directories and collaborate on network expansion projects while supporting analysis of national provider networks Required qualifications Three years of experience in provider relations, credentialing, or network development in a healthcare setting High school diploma or GED Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
