Provider Data Management Analyst

Analyzing and maintaining provider data, the full-time Provider Data Management Analyst will validate credentialing information, support data quality initiatives, and create health plan provider rosters in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Analyze provider data for inaccuracies and perform data validation across multiple systems Support provider onboarding and credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies Create and maintain provider rosters for submission to health plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience Three or more years of experience in healthcare data analysis or provider data management Experience with provider data elements, including NPI, taxonomy, and health plan participation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data reconciliation Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
