Managing complex provider contracts and negotiations, the full-time Provider Contracting Specialist will build relationships with healthcare providers and collaborate with internal teams to support network management and strategic initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manages complex contracting and negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements with hospitals and providers Builds and nurtures provider partnerships while identifying broader value-based business opportunities Prepares and analyzes financial impacts of contracts and ensures accurate implementation and administration through collaboration with internal partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field Three to five years of managed care or healthcare reimbursement experience in a health system, consulting firm, or managed care payor Strong financial analytics and contracting background with experience in healthcare utilization and operational data analysis Demonstrated experience with payment methodologies and network management for various provider types At least 2-3 years as a Strategic Reimbursement & Contracting Analyst with prior contract negotiation experience
