Leading provider contract negotiations, the full-time Provider Contracting Lead Analyst will perform financial modeling, manage relationships with providers, and support contract administration in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Lead negotiations for ancillary provider and health system contracts with oversight from management Conduct detailed financial analysis to meet performance expectations and support strategic positioning for provider contracting Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective providers to enhance local market strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 1-3 years of experience in Provider Contracting, Network Operations, or Pricing required Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple demands simultaneously
