To develop and implement provider network strategies, the full-time Provider Contract Lead will manage provider contracts, negotiate reimbursement rates, and maintain contract information while working remotely across various locations. Key responsibilities Execute provider contracts and negotiate acceptable reimbursement rates based on client requirements Maintain a tracking system for contract negotiation and sales activity using company software Develop relationships with providers and address deficiencies in their response and documentation processes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Network Development, Managed Care, or Provider Services Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive work relationships Knowledge of Excel and Word
