Providing analysis and design of provider compensation programs, the full-time remote Provider Compensation Analyst will gather and analyze data, conduct CPT coding reviews, and develop reports while collaborating with implementation teams for new acquisitions. Key responsibilities Conduct data gathering and analysis for provider compensation programs, including market analysis and plan modeling Participate in implementation teams for new acquisitions and perform fair market value assessments of provider compensation plans Research legal compliance and analyze market surveys related to provider pay, production, and revenue Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related area 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management Demonstrated project and change management skills
