Protein Engineer: Directed Evolution for REE Binding

AeroVironment seeks a Protein Engineer to drive directed evolution and high-throughput screening pipelines for high-affinity ion coordination. You will generate diverse protein libraries and isolate variants with selectivity for Rare Earth Elements.

You'll collaborate with the Computational Design Team to translate designs to bench, feed results back to models, and scale up production for pilot-scale applications in a government context.
