Our organizing program is focused on deep community engagement, strong volunteer leadership, and a data-driven approach to voter contact. We're looking for a motivated, community-oriented Field Organizer to lead efforts on the ground.Position OverviewThe Southeast Field Organizer will be responsible for executing the campaign's field program in the Southeast area. This includes recruiting and managing volunteers, coordinating voter contact efforts, and building relationships within the community.

This role is people-focused, and essential to our success.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and manage volunteersPlan and execute voter contact programsBuild and maintain relationships with local community leaders and organizationsTrack and report field metrics and progress toward goalsSupport event planning and staffing for campaign eventsKeep track of attend community eventsEnsure accurate data entry and use of campaign tools (e.g., VAN)Represent the campaign professionally in the communityQualificationsNo political campaign experience required. We are willing to train the right person.
