Owning and scaling the proposal content ecosystem, the full-time remote Proposals Content Manager will manage the proposal knowledge base, drive content quality and governance, and collaborate across multiple departments to enhance proposal efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities Own and maintain the proposal content library and establish content governance frameworks Manage and optimize content for RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal materials while partnering with subject matter experts Lead the adoption of AI-powered proposal tools and track key content metrics for continuous improvement Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in proposal management, content management, or related SaaS functions Experience with proposal automation platforms such as Responsive, Loopio, or RFPIO Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
