Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organizedProposalsContentManager to own and scale our proposal content ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, Security,Finance,Legal, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure our proposal team has access to accurate, compelling, and up-to-date content for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, executive proposals, and customer-facing responses.
TheProposalsContentManager will serve as the strategic owner of our proposal knowledge base, content governance program, and AI-enabled content operations. This person will drive content quality, consistency, discoverability, and reuse while enabling faster response times and improved win rates.

Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in proposal management, content management, knowledge management, sales enablement, or related SaaS functions.
- Experience supporting RFP, RFI, DDQ, security review, or procurement processes.
- Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
- Experience with proposal automation platforms such as Responsive,Loopio, RFPIO, Ombud, or similar solutions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies ($100M+ ARR preferred).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled content management platforms.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and enterprise software procurement processes.
- Experience using Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, Confluence, and modern content management platforms.
- Experience building content governance programs from theground up.
What you’ll be doing
- Own andmaintainthe company’s proposal content library and knowledge management platform (Responsive,Loopio, RFPIO, or similar).
- Establish content governance frameworks, review cycles, ownership models, and content health metrics.
- Ensure all proposal contentremainsaccurate, compliant, current, and aligned with company messaging, product strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Develop standards for content structure, metadata, tagging, and taxonomy to improve searchability and reuse.
Proposal & RFP Content Management
- Manage andoptimizecontent used across RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Executive Summaries, Solution Overviews, and Customer Presentations
- Create andmaintainapproved response templates and reusable content assets.
- Partner with SMEs to continuously improve answer quality and competitive differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales teams to gather andvalidatecontent.
- Serve as thecentral pointof contact for proposal content updates related to:
- Product releases
- Compliance initiatives
- Corporate messaging
- Coordinate quarterly content reviews with designated content owners.
AI & Automation
- Lead and drive adoption of AI-powered proposal tools and content automation capabilities.
- Leverage AI to Identifycontent gaps, Detect duplicate responses, Improve answer quality, Recommend content updates, and Enhance search and discoverability
- Evaluate and implementnew technologiesthat improve proposal efficiency and content quality.
- Track and report on key content metrics, including:
- Search effectiveness
- Time-to-response improvements
- Proposal team productivity
- Identifyopportunities to reduce manual effort and increase seller self-service.
- Build dashboards and executive reporting on content performance and proposal effectiveness.
- Create andmaintaincustomer-ready proposal templates, playbooks, and self-service resources.
- Train proposal managers, account executives, solution engineers, and other stakeholders on effectively using proposal content tools and repositories.
- Improve sales productivity by making content accessible, reliable, and easy to consume.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $61,200 USD - $84,000 USD
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.
The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
