Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Proposals & Contracts Specialist will develop proposals and contracts for new and existing business in collaboration with the Sales Team, while also beginning to lead proposals of minimal complexity. Key responsibilities Develop proposals and contracts under the guidance of management or an experienced Proposals lead Gather and provide complex information for proposals with oversight from the P&C lead Collaborate with the Sales Team and work on Medical and Regulatory proposal budgets and writing Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research) required 3 - 5 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO) Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficient experience with Salesforce Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
