Join us and be part of a journey to build something extraordinary.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to lead end-to-end proposal development for government and commercial customers. From opportunity analysis and outline creation through final submission, you'll own the proposal lifecycle and craft winning, compliant submissions that clearly convey our mission and value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end proposal development — from opportunity analysis and outline creation to final submission — for government (e.g., DoD, SBIR, NASA) and commercial customersCraft persuasive, technically accurate content that clearly communicates our mission, capabilities, solutions, and value propositionCollaborate closely with engineering, product, and strategy teams to translate technical inputs into polished narratives, graphics, and structured proposal componentsEnsure full compliance with RFP/RFI/BAA requirements, including format, structure, evaluation criteria, and submission protocolsManage proposal timelines and workflows, including content collection, technical reviews, color-team reviews, and final productionDevelop reusable proposal assets, including boilerplate text, past performance summaries, capability statements, and standard graphicsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or grant writing — preferably supporting government (DoD, SBIR/STTR, NASA, FAA, DOT) and/or commercial proposalsProven ability to write clear, persuasive, and technically accurate content under tight deadlinesStrong understanding of federal solicitation types (RFP, RFI, RFQ, BAA, NOFO) and the full proposal lifecycleWorking knowledge of federal portals and systems (Grants.gov, SAM.gov, SBIR.gov, eSubmission/agency-specific platforms)Familiarity with compliance requirements — formatting, page limits, evaluation criteria, and submission protocolsAt Aerosapien Technologies, we are committed to conducting business with integrity and the highest ethical standards.
